We are searching for a Coordinator for Risk Management â someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will assist leaders with administrative duties and coordination of activities for the department. This includes maintaining confidential litigation files, claim files, insurance policies, and other relevant data pertaining to all of the functions and responsibilities contained within the Risk Management departments. This role will coordinate departmental financial activities and provide efficient and effective communication regularly with international and domestic insurance partners, outside counsel, board members, executive leadership, and patients' families. Job Duties & Responsibilities Assists with administrative duties and coordination of activities Provides direct support for leadership and department Coordinates and maintains current and archival confidential filing systems for correspondence and pertinent files Tracks and monitors monthly budget reports and verifies expenses for the department and grants cost centers to review with leadership on a quarterly basis HOU123 Skills & Requirements H.S. Diploma or GED required 5 years of office administrative experience required Previous experience as an office manager or administrative assistant preferred
