We are seeking a best-in-class Call Center Representative, willing to consistently go above and beyond the norm to deliver top-notch service to our client's customers (and do it with a smile on your face and glint of Barry White in your voice). The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with particular focus on grammar and spelling. In other words, you need to be able to walk the walk, talk the talk and put it in an easy to read email when you're done
While working in the Call Center department, you will be responsible for responding to inbound customer calls, providing superior quality service and data entry, and providing efficient administrative support to the operation in compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Recent telephone customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
  • Data entry experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent attendance is required!
