We are seeking a Senior Business Application Analyst. In this position, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring information management systems and standards to support business and academic functions of the organization. The Manager will supervise a team of Analysts and will be responsible for leading and managing the team that provides system-level support (installation, configuration, maintenance, reporting and production support) for select business applications. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for business applications and is responsible for providing IM leadership for business applications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages maintenance and monitors functions of assigned staff and application systems, to ensure high standards of system performance and availability
  • Collaboration with other management levels
    Develops, implements, and monitors Information Management service delivery to assigned customer groups
  • Facilitates and participates in regular customer meetings with all assigned customer groups
  • Designated to communicate overall IT vision and progress in relation to designated priorities
  • Coordinates workflow analysis activities, recommending potential workflow improvements
  • ERP application and managing of backgrounds

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or healthcare related field required (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting applications
  • Experience in Infor-Lawson and of Kronos implementation with 5-7 years of experience
  • Knowledge and experience with organizational/HR related guidelines and requirements associated with team management (interviewing, hiring, performance management evaluations, etc.)
  • Strong understanding and experience with clinical and business workflows and build related requirements
