Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • All things Compensation go through you! You will be the person that managers broad-based compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives; Ad-hoc analysis related to executive compensation programs is also part of the deal
  • You will partner with HRBPs to support the compensation needs of their organizations; conduct analyses of jobs, salaries, and incentives
  • You will oversee the administration of the Employee Stock purchase program
  • You will assist in the development of incentive programs and the administration of performance review / merit programs

Skills & Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is a plus!
  • Must be the go to expert for MS Excel
  • Minimum of 8 years of compensation experience with at least 5 years of executive compensation experience
  • Experience in using Workday another big plus
